Refund Eligibility

1. Online Coaching Services

a. Course Fees

We offer a limited refund policy for our online coaching services, as follows:

- If you request a refund within. .7 days . . of your initial enrollment or course purchase and you have not accessed more than . .10% . . of the course materials, we will provide a full refund.

- No refunds will be provided after the 7 days have passed or if you have accessed more than 10% of the course materials.

b. Live Coaching Sessions

For online live coaching sessions, we offer a limited refund policy:

- If you notify us at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled session time that you wish to cancel, we will provide a full refund.

- If you cancel a session with less than 24 hours' notice, no refund will be provided.

Offline Coaching Services

For our in-person coaching services, the following refund policy applies:

- If you request a refund within 7 days of your initial enrollment and have not attended any coaching sessions, we will provide a full refund.

- If you have attended one or more coaching sessions, no refund will be issued.

Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

2. Our customer support team will review your request and respond within 5 business days to confirm whether you are eligible for a refund.

3. If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund within 10 business days using the original payment method.

Exceptional Circumstances

In exceptional circumstances, such as technical issues or unforeseen service disruptions, we may, at our discretion, provide a refund or credit to affected customers. These cases will be evaluated on an individual basis.
